How Shawna Won the Transformation Challenge

Shawna won the transformation challenge at her Orangetheory Fitness studio last year with the support of The Nourished Path and coach Trisha's guidance. She stopped feeling overwhelmed, and instead focused on gradual changes every week to create sustainable, lifelong weightloss and healthy habits!

"Honestly, the last couple of years, working in education and coming out of the pandemic, I just slowly just started to feel like I was just losing a little bit of myself and finding it really hard to prioritize things that I knew were important, like eating healthy, making sure I was exercising, and just focusing on myself."
