I was tired of feeling like a pudgy, middle aged mom without any energy, not feeling good in my body, and my clothes not fitting. I felt like I ate pretty healthy, I had lots of fruits and vegetables in my diet and yet I couldn't seem to crack the code. Enter coach Trisha. She gave me the tools to crack the code to lose the weight.

I have followed exactly what she has told me to do and the pounds are melting away. I have more energy, I feel great in my body again and this weekend I went out shopping because my clothing was literally falling down! I started at the beginning of August and now, mid November I have said goodbye to 25lbs and still going.
