Caveat: There’s a natural ceiling to what’s realistic in five weeks. The real focus here is clarity, confidence, and momentum, so you can stop guessing! I cannot guarantee a specific amount of weight lost, but I know you’ll learn a ton about yourself, nutrition, and how to make moves going forward.
