Weight Loss Coaching for Real Life

You don’t need to give up the foods you love in order to reach your goals. You just need the right guidance to get you there.

Over the course of a month, you’ll work closely with your coach to identify your most significant barrier to weight loss and then develop and implement an individualized plan that addresses that specific obstacle.

This could be cravings, low energy, stress eating, digestive issues, navigating family commitments, or not knowing how to eat outside of a “perfect” week.

Weight loss may happen during this time, but there’s a natural ceiling to what’s realistic in five weeks. The real focus here is clarity, confidence, and momentum, so can stop guessing.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Why you feel like you’ve been doing so many things right, but not making any progress.

  • WHAT TO EAT for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and how to make a meal plan that works for your real, busy life.

  • Specific food and meal strategies, not generic guidelines.

  • How to reduce food cravings, decrease bloating and overall increase your confidence in food decisions.

  • The nuts and bolts on what to do next in your nutrition and weight loss journey.

    Caveat: There’s a natural ceiling to what’s realistic in five weeks. The real focus here is clarity, confidence, and momentum, so you can stop guessing! I cannot guarantee a specific amount of weight lost, but I know you’ll learn a ton about yourself, nutrition, and how to make moves going forward.

This is 1-1 nutrition coaching, not a group program. That means that you’ll be paired with one coach who will guide you on your journey.

What The Clarity Path Looks Like in Real Life:

Alana knew that afternoon sugar and carb cravings were her main obstacle to weight loss, but thought it was a personal failing and that she “wasn’t disciplined enough.”

Coach Trisha started by addressing the real problem: her lunch was too small and not balanced, which caused Alana to be hungry in the afternoons and eat the sugar and carbs.

Trisha gave Alana guidance on specific meals for her to eat for lunch between work meetings and those afternoon cravings are now significantly reduced. She’s lost 3.6 lbs, is sleeping better, and has way more energy throughout the day.

Jen works in sales and frequently attends work dinners. She suspected this was a problem, but really wasn’t sure what to do about it!

Coach Kendal looked at the menus for restaurants she would be eating at and helped her identify what options would be a good choice. Jen is now far more confident ordering at work dinners without feeling anxious or “off track.”

Her clothes are fitting looser, her bloating has gone down, and she’s lost 3.8 lbs. Jen was feeling so good that she continued with Kendal’s support, eventually losing 20 lbs. She’s excited to get a new headshot for her company’s website!

Marisa had been trying to lose weight for 3 months, but after the first couple lbs nothing was budging. She was eating good foods, working out 5 days a week, and wasn't sure what the problem was. 

Truth is? Marisa was constipated. She had no idea this is why she couldn't lose weight - but trust me, when you're not pooping the weight just does not like to come off. She'd never thought of that as the problem before. 

Coach Trisha's expert eye found a few possible culprits for Marisa's constipation: the low carb tortillas, protein bars, and cauliflower rice she was eating were stopping her up. Plus, she wasn't drinking enough water. 

Coach Trisha gave Marisa some specific alternatives for the foods that were causing her constipation, and strategies to drink more water. She also gave her guidance on her recommended calories and macronutrient targets for weight loss. Through weekly checkins, she kept Marisa accountable to following through with their plan and adjusted things as needed. After 5 weeks, Marisa was pooping every day, was less bloated, and had lost 3.5 lbs. 

Ultimately she was seeing such great results that she decided to keep going and eventually got to her goal weight and learned how to maintain it, something she'd never done before with her past diets. 

Jordan thought she was doing the right things. She was intermittent fasting, eating low carb and working out 3-4 times a week!

Problem was the intermittent fasting wasn’t right for her. Because she was barely eating during the day, she ended up overeating in the evenings. Plus, the low carb foods she was eating weren’t really filling her up, leading her to eat more.

With coach Kendal’s suggestions, she now rotates between three quick, balanced breakfast options that work with her busy mornings and is now starting to build lunch options she can eat during short nursing breaks.

Because she’s not ravenous all day, she has dinner with her family when she gets home instead of raiding the pantry before and after dinner. Plus, she has more energy in the evening to spend with her kids and lost 3.4 lbs!

I have plenty of them, but usually people don’t want to share progress photos after only a month, and I also want to be realistic about what’s feasible in this shorter time frame and not show you results of someone who has been working with us for 6+ months!
